I’m a problem solver. A born integrator, I thrive in environments that allow me to examine all the messy, mismatched pieces and puzzle them together into the big picture my clients can envision, but struggle to realize.
These skills have been developed throughout many years in consumer products, technology companies, and the food industry. Identifying problems, finding solutions and implementing these solutions were everyday occurrences.
Implementing change is the most challenging phase in the life of an organization. My experience has been to facilitate, manage and help implement changes that need to happen in order for the organization to prosper.
Generally, my experience goes very deep into the everyday workings of an organization. I can provide a steady flow of new technologies and solutions and can develop personalized frameworks that guide an organization through the change process.
